Since our products are meticulously chosen and, in most instances, handcrafted, this Return and Refund Policy outline clearly the conditions under which returns, replacement or refunds could be recounted.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in genuine cases where the product received does not meet the order requirements. A return request may be considered if:

  • You have received a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect compared to your order
  • The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting images or videos
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all original tags, packaging materials, and invoices intact

Please note that small differences in color, texture, size, or finish are natural in the handcrafted and artisan products and are not taken as the defects. Such difference does not amount to any return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following situations and items are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

  • Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, exposure to moisture, or negligence after delivery
  • Items that show signs of wear, use, washing, or alteration
  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase
  • Sale items, discounted products, or promotional purchases, unless received in a damaged or defective condition
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products, where applicable

 

Return Request Process

To ensure a smooth return experience, please follow the steps below:

1.   Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order

2.   Provide your order number along with clear photographs or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect product

3.   Our team will carefully review your request and may ask for additional information if required

4.   You will receive a response regarding approval or rejection within 2–3 business days

If your return request is approved, detailed return instructions will be shared with you.

 

Return Shipping

  • For approved returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping instructions will be provided by our team
  • In cases where the return is approved for reasons beyond our control, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer
  • Products must be packed securely to avoid further damage during return transit

 

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received by us and passes inspection:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider

Please note that original shipping charges, COD fees, or convenience fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

 

Replacement Policy

CraftLink Global Pvt Ltd in some instances will do a replacement rather than a refund especially where stock of the same product is available. Substitutes will be shipped only when the returned product is received and checked, unless otherwise agreed.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of orders can only be effected prior to delivery. Cancellation requests cannot be realized once an order is shipped. It is advised that the customers should carefully look at product details and then place order.

International Orders

For international orders:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable
  • Delivery delays caused by customs authorities are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds
