Order Processing

Orders are dispatched on the next business day after payment confirmation. As some of our products are handmade or sourced from skilled artisans, processing times may vary slightly for certain items. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

After dispatching your order, you will receive a tracking id in your email as the confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping: The orders usually take 3-7 working days after shipment. The time line of delivery can take a shift according to where you are.

Express Shipping: Faster shipping is also offered in some locations, where the product normally arrives within 2-4 business days after being shipped provided express shipping is chosen on the checkout page.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or customs clearance for international orders.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are automatically computed when you check out depending on whichever location you are, the number of orders, and weight. Current free shipping or any other promotion will also be evident at checkout.

In the case of international orders, the customer has to bear the customs duties, import taxes or other charges to be paid to the destination country.

Packaging

All the products are well packed in order to cushion delicate items and handcrafted products during transport. Fragile products like wooden sculptures, masks and cane products are handled with special care to reduce the chances of damage.

Tracking Your Order

After shipping you will know the tracking numbers by email or SMS. You would be able to track your order right through to your door.

Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect address: Make sure that your shipping address is correct. CraftLink Global Pvt Ltd does not bear losses due to the delays or non-delivery as a result of wrong or incomplete addresses.
  • Delayed shipments: In case of any delay in the delivery of your order after the time set for delivery, you can approach us and we would help in tracing the order.
  • Damaged items: In case your order is damaged, then, within 48 hours of receiving it, send clear photos of the product and the package to us and we shall be able to help you.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Only prior to dispatch, orders may be changed or cancelled. An order once shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.
