However, since it is the nature of handcrafted and artisan products, there could be slight differences in color, texture, size, or finish. Such natural variations are included in the uniqueness of the product and cannot be called defects.
The images of products are not to be taken but as an indication of the product that might be received slightly different.
3. Pricing and Payments
The prices mentioned in the site are in LKR and inclusive or exclusive of any applicable taxes, which appears on the checkout. CraftLink Global Pvt Ltd also has the right to modify prices of its products anytime without prior notice.
The payments have to be made at the checkout point by use of the payment methods provided. Order processing will be done upon successful confirmation of payment.
4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
CraftLink Global Pvt Ltd has the right to accept or reject any order as it pleases. The customer can only cancel orders prior to dispatch. Cancellation cannot be made after an order is shipped.
Refunds will be done back to the mode of payment in case CraftLink Global Pvt Ltd has to cancel the orders because of stock unavailability or any other reasons.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipment and delivery schedules are approximate and can be affected by the location, courier company, clearing by the customs or other unanticipated events. CraftLink Global Pvt Ltd will not be liable to delays by third-party logistics or the factors that are outside our control.
